CGI Motorsports Performance Track Events Agenda

All Times are Eastern Standard

Registration: 8:00 – 8:30am - BRING YOUR TECH FORM

Mandatory Driver's meeting: 8:30 – 9:00am

Advanced / Instructor (Green Band)
On track for 20 minute sessions: 9:20am, 10:20am, 11:20am, 1:20pm, 2:20pm, 3:20pm, 4:20pm

Intermediate (Yellow Bands)

*Intermediate Coaching Sessions held in the Gingerman Tower @ 11:25 / 1:25
On track for 20 minute sessions:
9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm

Novice (Red Bands)

*Novice / Novice Solo Classrooms held in the Gingerman Barn @ 9am / 11am / 1pm
On track for 20 minute sessions:
9:40am, 10:40am, 11:40am, 1:40pm, 2:40pm, 3:40pm, 4:40 pm

Lunch: Noon to 1:00pm. Gingerman Raceway has a concession stand on site. There are also many restaurants in the South Haven area, located approx 5 miles west of the track.

Practice track etiquette

Observe the blend line when entering the track

Absolutely no passing in corners or without a clear signal

Advanced / Intermediate passing allowed between turns: 2 & 3 - 3 & 5 - 6 & 7 - 10 & 11- 11-1

Novice passing allowed between: 2 & 3 - 10 & 11 - 11 & 1

Only registered participants are eligible to drive. Violators will be ejected from the event

Passengers allowed in Advanced / Instructor group only unless prior permission is attained. Passengers MUST sign the track waiver and obtain a ride-a-long armband. 

Check all fluids regularly - Drink Plenty of liquids - Take cool down lap

Do not use your emergency brake

If you have an off track excursion you must come in for an inspection

Overly aggressive drivers will be black flagged.
